Cake Serving Guide
Below is an approximate guide to how many servings a cake will offer. Our standard size cakes are approximately 3" deep. and the wedding cakes are approximately 5" deep.
The exact number of portions you'll get is of course dependant upon how you cut the cake and cutting guides can be found here.....
Celebration Cake Serving Guide: (3 inch deep)
Wedding Cake Serving Guide: ( 5 inch deep)
Wedding slices ( finger portions): 1" x 1" x 5" slices
Party slices ( dessert portions): 1" x 2" x 5" slices
Approximate portion guide for single tier
( based on finger portions slices)
(divide by 2 to give dessert portions slices)
